Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please contact customer support via phone or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) BEFORE sending back a shipment. This will allow us to confirm that we have the inventory in stock and prepare our warehouse for the arrival of your shipment for faster processing. The RMA# will work the same if you are the recipient of a gift. Once you receive an RMA# you will be given shipping instructions to process the exchange.
Your unopened and unused item(s) may be exchanged within 60 days of ship date. Returned items are only eligible for an exchange, there are no refunds. The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you. Please allow 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you. For faster processing, please procure an RMA# and follow the shipping instructions that you receive.
